To The Past!

It's Friday (or it was...) and I didn't feel like going to school at all, but I went anyways. In English to get my head up I started to sing the Dora the Explorer song. WELL LORD BEHOLD, a girl asks what I was singing. I told her Dora the Explorer. She goes, "They turned Dora into a slut." I wanted to slap that girl so hard. For these reasons:

(1) The new Dora is MUCH cuter than the old one.
(2) She has just offended who ever the hell created the show and the artist.

But, I pulled it together and did not proceed to slap her. I probably sound like a Dora pedo, but I kind of am. Kids my age (and possibly older) didn't have Dora, The Wiggles, and other great television shows. All we had was Blue's Clues. Which was one of the best shows ever. Until Steve's "brother" came to the show. Joe made the show boring and was creepy. When Steve left rumors swirled, "Did he get fired?" "Did he overdose?" "Did he really not have a college degree?" "Did he run over Blue while he was drunk." The last one was actually a real one.

Skip some years and my friends and I found out Steve left to be a music artist. Since we had never heard of his music, we knew he failed. We also learned he was bald. He had some Good Hair (random placement of Chris Rock's new movie). So there it is, my pissy mood of the girl's comments turns into a Blue's Clues Mini-Nostalgia fest.
